Delivered end-to-end software engineering across a portfolio of projects for a Big Four audit and advisory firm — covering Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, development, DevSecOps, automated testing, and third-party integrations. The Challenge
A Big Four firm required a reliable engineering partner capable of owning the full software delivery lifecycle across diverse and rapidly evolving projects — from requirements analysis through to production deployment and ongoing support. Projects ranged from internal tooling and audit workflow automation to client-facing web and mobile applications, each with enterprise-grade expectations around security, code quality, and delivery predictability. The environment was highly regulated, demanding rigorous testing standards and thorough documentation at every stage.
Our Approach
We embedded as a full-cycle delivery partner — contributing Business Analysts for requirements definition and process mapping, Solution and Application Architects for system and integration design, and senior engineers across the required technology stacks. Each project followed a structured DevSecOps methodology with automated security scanning, code quality gates, and CI/CD pipelines. GitHub Copilot was integrated into the development workflow to accelerate delivery without compromising quality standards. Automated testing was built in from the start — unit, integration, and E2E test coverage — with complex scenario testing for business-critical workflows.
